Dr. Craig Barbieri grew up in Arma, Kansas, 120 miles south of Kansas City. He graduated from Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. Dr. Barbieri attended medical School at the University of Kansas. He completed his residency and venous training in the Kansas City area. He is married and has three grown children and two grandchildren.
Dr. Barbieri has been practicing medicine since 1997. He has been practicing phlebology since 2008, becoming one of the few physicians certified by the American Board of Lymphatic and Venous Medicine in 2009. Dr. Barbieri’s Vein Clinic is one of the few accredited Vein Centers and superficial venous vascular testing labs in the Midwest. He devotes his day to the study, diagnosis and treatment of venous disease. His Clinic provides a complete vein program with evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment options done in-office, in a state of the art setting.
Dr. Barbieri believes in a team concept with the patient being part of the decision making process. He demands a family like atmosphere that is state of the art, caring, comfortable, thoughtful and fun to be around.
